Elisabeth & Chris

Elisabeth was born in Blackpool and lived and schooled in Fleetwood, Lancashire, at Emmanuel Christian School and then Rossall School, until she went to University in Northern Ireland. She currently works in Wilton, just a few miles from Stonehenge. Elisabeth has always loved acting and her other hobbies are conveniently the same as Chris'; she is also in a choral society, run's the church choir, is a 'domestic goddess' and spends a lot of time reading wedding magazines. Elisabeth has a reputation for being talkative and drives Chris mad with her attempts to always try and fit 48 hrs into a 24 hr day.

Chris is from Leicester and went to university in Newcastle upon Tyne. Chris is definitely a hobbies person and enjoys fencing, skiing, riding, walking, running and sailing (Elisabeth's 1st Mate). When Elisabeth is at choir practice Chris visits the local Kebab shop for dinner and locks himself away with his stamp collection! Chris seems to earn himself the title 'Young Chris' wherever he is, probably because he rarely sits still for very long as he dashes around doing all his hobbies with so much enthusiasm! He does an excellent job of producing great photo albums after holidays and weekends away, much to the delight of fellow fencing friends who are subjected to them in the pub afterwards. Chris is definintely a modern-man; he even does the laundry and washing up!

The first time Chris saw Elisabeth, she was having a good time and he wasn't! It was quite some time before they actually spoke to each other when Elisabeth asked for a lift and Chris decided he couldn't let her walk a mile up the hill with all her fencing equipment.

Chris proposed on Christmas day 2004, in front of his parents! He had gift wrapped the ring and hung it on the Christmas tree. He got down on one knee, Elisabeth said 'yes please' and later that day Chris became very ill and took about a week to recover.
